This one of a kind piece is composed of venetian glass, damascus steel, 24 karat gold inlay, and sterling silver. The piece itself measures 2 x 2 inches and it is displayed behind glass in a 6 x 8 x 2.5 inch shadow box. I have stamped my signature on the silver title bar that sits beneath the Venetian Safari piece. Both are centered in the shadow box, which can be hung on the wall in a special nook or showcased on a bookshelf. I created this work of art after traveling to Venice, Italy in 2004.
