I’m gearing up for the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival at the end of this month. This will be the biggest (and longest) art festival that I’ve ever participated in. The show attracts 500,000 patrons each year and lasts three days! The Festival will be held along the Boardwalk in Virginia Beach, VA, from 19th to 31st streets.
