PAYMENTS:

I currently accept 3 forms of payment:

1. PayPal (just click the Buy Now Button and pay via credit card -- shipping and taxes, if applicable, are automatically calculated).
2. My own credit card processor, ProPay (contact me with item name if you prefer this option, and I will email your invoice).
3. Money Order (contact me for this option (U.S. residents only)).

Items in stock generally ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Please allow additional time for special requests, custom orders, and made to order items to ship. You will receive an estimated ship date.

PAYPAL PURCHASES:

If you would like to pay via credit card, you do not have to be a PayPal member to do so - PayPal is just the facilitator. Click on the PayPal icon, which will take you to a PayPal screen where you will find the option to pay with credit card. It's quick and it's easy.

SHIPPING:

U.S. orders ship via USPS 1st Class. Insurance is only included in shipping quote for items $50 and up. You may purchase insurance on items less than $50 for an additional $2 per item. Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost, as well. Contact me and I'll send an updated invoice.

International orders will be shipped via Global Priority Mail (4-7 business days). Unfortunately, this option does not allow tracking or insurance. If you would like to add tracking or insurance on your order, contact me and I will send your package by Global Express Mail, which will cost a flat rate of $15.00 with tracking and insurance (3-6 business days).

*5% sales tax will be added for Virginia state residents.

RETURNS:

I take great pride and care in my work to ensure its quality and integrity. Please contact me right away if you are not happy with your purchase. Refunds or exchanges (minus shipping costs) are available within seven days of receipt of the item. The item must be in its original, unused condition, when returned to me.

*Please note that most commissioned pieces, made to order pieces, and resized rings are not refundable or exchangeable.

RINGS:

To ensure the proper fit, please have your finger professionally sized before purchasing or commissioning a ring.
